I would like to introduce another menu item with good nutritional balance. The term "tsukkake gohan" (rice with egg) has become so familiar to the Japanese people that the term "tsukkake gohan" (rice with egg) was even coined during a boom period. Some of you may have just casually eaten it on a daily basis, but the amino acids in rice and eggs combine to make a meal with a good balance of amino acids.

We have added a touch of extra nutritional value to the egg rice by adding yakitori tsukune (grilled chicken meatballs) on top of the rice! We hope you enjoy it.
