November has started, how is everyone doing? Autumn is now coming to an end, but if you still want to enjoy "autumn of appetite" and "autumn taste," please come to "Rakuzo Utage Meieki 4-chome". Tantalize your taste buds with "Yaitoh grouper," a premium fish.

One of our current seasonal menu items is "Yaitohata no takikiawase" (Yaitohata cooked with grouper). Have you ever had yaitohata before? Yaitohata is a high-end fish comparable to Kue, and is characterized by the gelatinous texture under the skin and its rich flavor. If you have never had yaitohata, please try it at our restaurant. It is a highly recommended dish that goes well with sake.

If you like meat dishes, try our other seasonal menu recommendation, "Red Meat Steak of Japanese Black Beef"! This is a sumptuous dish that allows you to enjoy the richness of Japanese Black Beef. You will enjoy the tenderness and flavor of the meat. It is served with spiced soy sauce, wasabi (Japanese horseradish), and lemon salt.
