The first item introduced is "Deep-fried Beef Hormone with Yangnyom Sauce," which is perfect for when you want a quick "snack. It is deep-fried shimachou, which has moderate fat and crunchy texture. It is seasoned with a special sweet and spicy sauce. The more you bite into it, the more the flavor spreads and the more you eat and drink. We hope you enjoy it.

Next, I would like to introduce a dish that many of you will have more opportunities to eat in winter! Nabe" is a dish cooked in a pot. Currently, our restaurant offers a variety of courses for banquets where you can enjoy "nabe cuisine," but we also offer it as a recommended seasonal menu item so that you can enjoy it on its own as well. The "Yose-konabe" in the photo is filled with ingredients such as chicken, tsukune with cartilage bones, and white meat fish. We hope you enjoy it.
