Winter menu recommendations are now available!

Today, we would like to introduce our "Seasonal Recommendation Menu," a winter-only menu currently available.

The first item introduced is "Deep-fried Beef Hormone with Yangnyom Sauce," which is perfect for when you want a quick "snack. It is deep-fried shimachou, which has moderate fat and crunchy texture. It is seasoned with a special sweet and spicy sauce. The more you bite into it, the more the flavor spreads and the more you eat and drink. We hope you enjoy it.

We also recommend the "Yomitsuki Burdock Tempura with Chili Pepper Salt / 539 yen (tax included).

Next, I would like to introduce a dish that many of you will have more opportunities to eat in winter! Nabe" is a dish cooked in a pot. Currently, our restaurant offers a variety of courses for banquets where you can enjoy "nabe cuisine," but we also offer it as a recommended seasonal menu item so that you can enjoy it on its own as well. The "Yose-konabe" in the photo is filled with ingredients such as chicken, tsukune with cartilage bones, and white meat fish. We hope you enjoy it.
