当店でご提供している鶏の串焼きは、すべて大山どりを使用しております。大自然の中でストレスなく育った大山どりは、筋が少なくやわらかい肉質とうまみが特徴です。当店では、おいしい大山どりを使った串焼きを、ももや皮、ねぎま、砂肝、ハツなどの多くの部位でご提供しております。
