Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Morioka Odori.
Winter is finally approaching in earnest. It is during the cold season that one misses hot dishes. In recent years, nabe (hot pot) has been in great demand, especially the Hakata specialty, motsunabe.
We also offer a delicious hot pot menu all year round. We hope you will enjoy our hot pot when you visit us.
This is "Shiro-motsu nabe" made with plenty of fresh motsu (white meat). This is a very popular menu item in winter, as you can fully enjoy the original flavor and juiciness of the intestines. The dish is filled with not only motsu, but also chives, shimeji mushrooms, and other ingredients, making it ideal for those who are lacking in vegetables. The richness of the pork and the taste of the soup stock that makes the most of it make this our signature nabe dish.
This "Taiwanese Motsunabe" is a slightly spicy hot pot. The spiciness promotes perspiration and warms the body. Above all, the drink you drink while eating the hot and spicy hot pot is very tasty. Please enjoy it as you like.
All of these hot pots are available for a minimum order of two servings. We also offer side dishes such as rice, udon noodles, ramen noodles, and rice for zosui (rice with vegetables, eggs, and rice for porridge), so please feel free to add more to your order and enjoy.
Rakuzo is a Japanese dining restaurant that offers private dining rooms of various sizes, and is lavishly stocked with seafood from the mountains and the sea.
