炙り鴨の旨みをご堪能ください

こちらは「炙り鴨のセリ鍋」。鴨肉はちょっと炙ることで、より香り高くなり、味わいにも深みが生まれています。シャキシャキとしたセリの食感もたまりません。みなさんでお鍋を囲んでわいわいと盛り上がってくださいね。
