Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Morioka Odori.

Our restaurant is staffed with skilled chefs who have gained experience in various restaurants over the years. We recommend "aburi" as a way to make the most of their skills. We do not just grill the ingredients, but our restaurant's unique attention to detail is packed into it.

In this issue, we would like to introduce some of our exquisite meat dishes from our "Aburi" menu. We hope you will enjoy our prized delicacies.

 

The taste of rare parts is exceptional!

This is "Special Beef MISUJI Steak with Grated Onion and Apple Sauce. The meat is attached to the inside of the shoulder blade of a cow, and is a rare part of the cow's body, with only about 3 kg of it being harvested from a single cow. The meat of the meat is very popular because it is a part of the cow's body that rarely moves, which makes it very tender and enjoyable.

In our restaurant, the meat is made into a steak in a way that brings out the true flavor of the meat. The sauce that enhances the flavor of the meat is also not to be missed, and is a menu item that is ordered very often at our restaurant.
