こちらは、希少部位といわれている「牛ミスジ」のステーキです。ミスジは、一頭の牛からとれる量がごく少量となります。ほどよく入った霜降りと柔らかい肉質が特徴です。ジューシーな肉の旨味をご堪能ください。「おろし玉葱とリンゴのソース」が、肉の旨味を引き立ててくれます！
