Nabe cuisine recommended for the cold season still to come.

Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Morioka Odori.

February has started, how is everyone doing? The cold season is continuing, but please take care not to get sick from the cold. We have a recommended menu for each season, and this winter we are offering warm nabe dishes and dishes using seasonal ingredients. Enjoy a one-pot meal with plenty of ingredients.

Seared duck in a seri pot (from 2 servings) / 1,290 yen (excluding tax)

First of all, we would like to introduce a hot pot dish that is perfect for the current season. In winter, many people enjoy hot nabe dishes at home as well as eating out. We have prepared two nabe dishes as our seasonal menu recommendations.

These are the "Yose-konabe of thick Hakutsu" (thick Hakutsu soup) and the "Seared Duck Seri Nabe" filled with crunchy seri and pea shoots. Additional dishes such as zosui (rice porridge) and ramen noodles are available to finish off the meal, so please enjoy to the fullest.

Oita local cuisine: Ryukyu (cold yellowtail) / 990 yen (excluding tax)

The next dish we will introduce is "Ryukyu" made with cold yellowtail, which is in season during the cold season. This dish is a local delicacy of Oita, where you can enjoy yellowtail sashimi marinated in sesame soy sauce. It is made with kneaded sesame seeds to give it a rich flavor. We hope you enjoy it.
