薬味たっぷりの冷奴

こちらは「薬味まみれの冷奴」。その名の通り、冷奴が見えないくらいたっぷりの薬味がのった、「薬味まみれ」の一品です。薬味のしゃきしゃきとした歯ごたえは、お酒の間につまむのちょうどいいんです。もちろん、お豆腐もとってもおいしいですよ！

 

丁寧に出汁を取った卵焼き

こちらは「だし香るこだわり出汁巻玉子 」。居酒屋では定番メニューの一つでアル出汁巻玉子ですが、その味は出汁によって大きく変わります。当店では職人が手作業で丁寧に出汁を取り、独自の味わいを実現しています。職人のこだわりがぎゅっと詰まった出汁巻玉子の、どこかほっこりする、優しい味わいをお楽しみください。お酒の味を邪魔しないので、日本酒や焼酎のおともとしてもぴったりです。
