A luxurious course recommended for year-end and New Year's banquets.

Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Morioka Odori.

The "Japanese-Western Blended Course" is a well-balanced menu featuring dishes prepared using both Japanese and Western ingredients and cooking methods. In addition to seafood such as "Chef's Special Four Kinds of Sashimi" and "Boiled Hokkai Zuwai Crab", we have prepared "Japanese Wagyu Beef Steak" for the main course.
