A delicious winter menu is now available!

Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Morioka Odori.

Our restaurant offers a variety of limited-time-only menus that can be enjoyed at any given time of the year. Japan is a country where spring, summer, fall, and winter are distinctly different, and the ingredients that are in season change with the seasons.

We hope you will enjoy our dishes made with such ingredients, and we look forward to serving you when you visit our restaurant.

 

Here are some foods that are in season in winter!

This is "Oita's Local Cuisine - Cold Yellowtail Ryukyu". Ryukyu" is a local dish of Oita, made from yellowtail sashimi marinated in sesame and soy sauce. We use our original kneaded sesame seeds. We hope you enjoy the taste of the meaty cold yellowtail.

This is "Celery Pickled in Five Seconds of Rayu". It is a spicy pickle made with celery, which has a nice crunchy texture. The stimulation of the celery will promote alcohol consumption. The lemon flavor and the spiciness of the raayu also give it a unique and peculiar taste.

 

Steak full of flavor with herb salt.

This is the always delicious "Japanese A4 Wagyu Red Meat Steak". This is a dish where the craftsman's skill shines through, carefully grilling high-quality Wagyu beef so as not to lose any of its juices and flavor. One bite of this dish will bring a smile to your face as the flavor of the beef bursts in your mouth. You can enjoy a different taste by eating it with the accompanying "herb salt" or wasabi (Japanese horseradish).
