Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Morioka Odori.

How is everyone doing in the latter half of August? I am sure that many of you had a different summer than usual this year.

Now, during the hot summer months, many people would like to refresh themselves with a cold beer. Our restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes made from both mountain and sea food to enjoy while drinking beer. Today, we would like to introduce a dish that we recommend for the end of a drinking session and for closing the party.

Rice topped with egg and tsukune!

The first item we would like to introduce is a nutritious egg on rice. The term "TKG" was coined to describe this once popular dish, but our TKG is not just any TKG.

As you can see from the picture, we have topped it with a hearty yakitori tsukune. Please enjoy the tsukune with thick egg on rice.
