This course starts with three kinds of appetizers. For the appetizer, a dish using Tottori Prefecture's locally raised "Daisen Dori" chicken will be served. After that, you will enjoy a well-balanced dish of vegetables, meat, and fish. Please spend a pleasant time with the "Seasonal Creations (Excellent Dishes) Course," which includes a total of 10 mouth-watering dishes up to the after-dinner dessert.
