Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Morioka Odori.

The cold season is still continuing, how is everyone doing? Please take care not to get sick from the cold. There are a variety of foods that are in season in winter. Our restaurant offers dishes using seasonal ingredients and dishes associated with the four seasons.

Today, we would like to introduce some dishes unique to winter, so please try them when you come to our restaurant.

Enjoy the flavorful "Ryukyu"!

Oita local cuisine: Ryukyu (cold yellowtail) / 990 yen (excluding tax)

First of all, I would like to introduce "Ryukyu," a local dish of Oita Prefecture. Ryukyu" is a dish of yellowtail sashimi marinated in sesame soy sauce. We use seasonal yellowtail and sesame paste to make this flavorful dish. We hope you enjoy it.

One-pot dish with plenty of vegetables

Seared duck in a seri pot (from 2 servings) / 1,290 yen (excluding tax)
Zosui (rice porridge) set / 200 yen (excluding tax)
Ramen or Udon noodles / 200 yen (excluding tax)

Next up is a one-pot dish perfect for the cold season, "Seared Duck with Seri Nabe". It is made with plenty of crispy vegetables such as rooted Japanese parsley and pea shoots! We hope you enjoy this healthy nabe dish.
