続いてご紹介するのは、寒い季節に旬を迎える寒ブリを使った「りゅうきゅう」です。大分の郷土料理で、胡麻醤油漬けにしたブリのお刺身をご堪能いただける一品です。練り胡麻を使って風味豊かな味わいに仕上げました。ぜひご賞味ください。
