はじめにご紹介するのは、「ホッケの一夜干し」です。居酒屋で定番の魚の炙り料理ではないでしょうか。ふっくらと仕上がったホッケの身は、くせが少なくお召し上がりいただきやすいです。さらに、炙りならではの香ばしい香りも相まって、後を引きます。
