Our popular menu item! We would like to introduce a little about the Iberian pork used in \"Seared Iberian Pork Spare Ribs - Roughly Minced Curry Spice\".<\/p>\n

A pig with black legs and claws from Spain to Portugal in the Iberian Peninsula of the Mediterranean region. Only those specially certified by the Spanish government are so called. The meat is of excellent quality and the fat is sweet and fresh. The fat has a high oleic acid content, which is due to feeding and rearing methods. The fat is marbled.<\/p>\n

They are mainly raised on grains such as acorns and cork oak nuts. The most important characteristic of this cattle is that they are pastured, and the pasturage allows the muscles to better harmonize with the fat, enhancing the flavor.<\/p>\n
