Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the private room dining Rakuzo Utage Nagoya Taikodori Exit Branch.
The winter season has finally arrived. It is the season when your body and soul feel as if you are freezing, but at times like this, you want to warm yourself up by eating warm dishes.
In addition to our regular menu, we also offer seasonal menus, and this time of year we are offering nabe dishes that are perfect for the cold season. We are proud of the attention to detail we put into each dish, from the ingredients to the preparation method, so please enjoy these nabe dishes when you visit our restaurant!
This is the "Yose-konabe" (thick white soup with yose). This pot is made with a variety of ingredients, which soak up the flavor of the ingredients and add color to the taste. Light yet rich, you will feel like you can eat as much as you want of this Hakodate-style hot pot. Please enjoy it with your favorite sake or shochu.
This is "Seared Duck Seri Nabe". The duck meat is slightly seared, which makes it more aromatic and gives it a deeper flavor. The texture of the crispy Japanese parsley is also irresistible. It is a wonderful time to gather around a hot pot and enjoy the atmosphere with your friends.
We also have a variety of other seasonal menu items. Please enjoy your favorite to your heart's content.
