Our restaurant offers a variety of banquet courses that use an abundance of seasonal ingredients. This time, we would like to introduce the "Kuzushi Kaiseki Course," one of our most popular courses. The "Kuzushi Kaiseki Course" is a sumptuous course featuring a well-balanced selection of Japanese and Western cuisine, seafood and mountain vegetables, and a variety of other ingredients. In addition to seafood such as "three kinds of sashimi" and "zuwai crab and shrimp tempura," we have prepared "special beef steak with rich demi-glace sauce" for the main course.
