Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the private room dining Rakuzo Utage Nagoya Taikodori Exit Branch.
We are nearing the end of January, how is everyone doing? The weather is getting colder, so please take care of your health. Also, when you are feeling tired, it is good to refresh yourself in moderation. The best way to refresh yourself is to eat delicious food!
In addition to delicious sake, we offer a variety of fried dishes that make your drinks taste even better. Please feel free to order any of them to accompany your evening drinks.
This is "Wakadori no Tatsuta-age (deep-fried young chicken). Tatsuta-age" is a dish named after the Tatsuta River in Nara Prefecture. The difference between "tatsuta-age" and "karaage" is that "tatsuta-age" is battered and deep-fried. It is seasoned with mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) and soy sauce, so it can be enjoyed as is.
This "Hoku Hoku Yam Karaage" is fried yam. It is a very simple menu item, but that is the only way to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. Squeeze some lemon juice on it to add a sour taste and make it even more delicious.
We also offer a variety of other fried food items on our menu. We hope you will find your favorite dish from our menu.
Rakuzo Utage is a Japanese dining restaurant that offers private rooms of various sizes, and lavish use of seafood from the mountains and the sea.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for a variety of occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment and dinners to medium-sized banquets and large groups.
We will add color to your banquet with dishes that have been well received by men and women of all ages.
Please try our most popular menu items such as beef tongue and grilled skewers.
We also offer a wide variety of banquet courses with all-you-can-drink deals.
We look forward to serving you all.
