Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the private room dining Rakuzo Utage Nagoya Taikodori Exit Branch.
Our restaurant is based on the theme of "seared". Aburi is a cooking method that brings out the flavor of the ingredients as well as a unique aroma that can be enjoyed. Of course, it is not easy, but we have many chefs working in our restaurant who can maximize the seared technique, and their skills make our dishes the best they can be.
We are proud to introduce our seared menu. Please feel free to order any of them when you visit our restaurant.
This is "Kuroyaki Domestic Oyadori (Blackened Chicken)". Kuroyaki is a cooking method in which ingredients are steamed and baked black. The charm of Japanese oyadori chicken, which is packed with flavor, is further enhanced by kuroyaki. The savory meat goes well with beer, shochu, and other alcoholic beverages. It is an indispensable dish for a drinking party.
This is "Respect! Herb Sausage Seared". The juicy herb sausage is both delicious and crunchy. It is perfect for sharing with others. The potatoes underneath also have just the right amount of salt to advance the alcohol. They go especially well with beer, so please enjoy them with us.
We also offer a variety of other seared dishes. Please feel free to try them.
Rakuzo Utage is a Japanese dining restaurant that offers private rooms of various sizes, and lavish use of seafood from the mountains and the sea.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for a variety of occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment and dinners to medium-sized banquets and large groups.
We will add color to your banquet with dishes that have been well received by men and women of all ages.
