New winter menu! Banquet Course Starts|Rakuzo Utage Nagoya Taikodori Exit Private Dining Room

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the private room dining Rakuzo Utage Nagoya Taikodori Exit Branch.

 

In order to prevent new corona infection, we have implemented thorough hygiene management, including ventilation and sterile cleaning of the restaurant.
Rakuzo Utage has updated its course menu as of yesterday. Today, we would like to introduce some of our reasonably priced courses.

 

Enjoy both meat and fish

Seasonal course 4,400 yen (tax included)

This course meal consists of 10 dishes including 3 appetizers, salad, sashimi and chirashi sushi. For the main course, we offer battered fried seafood served with a sauce made from Shogoin turnips and juicy young chicken with yuzu pepper flavored Chinese cabbage. This is a hearty, value-for-money plan that allows you to taste both the delicacies of the sea and land.

 

Authentic kimchi nabe is a treat for the taste buds!

Seasonal taste (nabe) course 4,950 yen (tax included)

The main nabe is a pork kimchi nabe using seasonings enhanced by aging and fermentation. It has an authentic flavor, and the ramen noodles to finish it off are also delicious. If you make a request at the time of reservation, you can change the nabe and the finishing dish to pork white soup nabe and zosui (rice porridge).

Kuzushi Kaiseki (Ippin) Course 5,500 yen (tax included)

Fresh snow crab and shrimp are served as tempura, while specially selected beef is served as steak with charred garlic sauce. As a meal, guests can enjoy oyako sushi with salmon and salmon roe.
