Valentine's Day is almost here. Stores are lined with luxury chocolates that you normally don't see. The "Seasonal Creation (Nabe) Course" is a 10-course menu featuring Yose-nabe (hot pot) in a rich, thick Hakucho soup stock. It is also recommended for company banquets, as you can enjoy our famous "Cheese Tsukune with Daisen Dori Cartilage" and a gorgeous "Three Kinds of Sashimi Assortment".
We recommend the "Japanese-Western Fusion Course" for 7,000 yen (tax included) as a luxurious course that allows you to enjoy both meat and seafood. The "Seafood Course" includes fish dishes such as "Seared Freshly Cooked Conger Eel" and "Chef's Special Four Kinds of Sashimi," and a hearty "Japanese Black Beef Steak," allowing you to enjoy all the seasonal delicacies.
All of our banquet courses include 2 hours of all-you-can-drink, but this course comes with a "premium all-you-can-drink" consisting of more than 100 kinds of drinks, including sake and brand-name shochu. This course is also recommended for business entertainment.
