The "Seasonal Creation (Nabe) Course" is a 10-course menu featuring Yose-nabe (hot pot) in a rich, thick Hakucho soup stock. It is also recommended for company banquets, as you can enjoy our famous "Cheese Tsukune with Daisen Dori Cartilage" and a gorgeous "Three Kinds of Sashimi Assortment".
