Beef Motsu Nabe (White) Course
The main dish, Beef Motsunabe, boasts a soup made with white miso paste. The dashi broth gives the dish a rich flavor, which goes perfectly with the deliciousness of the beef motsu. The texture of the beef is also irresistible.
