Beef tongue is a popular dish at yakiniku restaurants. While thinly sliced beef tongue is common in yakiniku restaurants, we prepare thicker slices so that our customers can fully enjoy not only the flavor of beef tongue but also its texture. It is only the high quality of beef tongue that allows it to be crispy and easy to chew even though it is very thick. This is our signature dish and is priced at 1,529 yen (tax included).
