For those who love leeks, we recommend the "Negita Chicken Skin with Ponzu (soy sauce and citrus juice)", a dish in which you can eat a lot of leeks as the main ingredient. This is a luxurious dish that uses so much leek that the chicken skin, which is supposed to be the star of the dish, is almost invisible. You can enjoy the crunchy texture and flavor. The leek gives the chicken skin a light and refreshing taste.
