This course features two enticing main courses: battered fried seafood with Shogoin kabura sauce and kombu-roasted young chicken. For the meal, we offer chirashi sushi with pickled tuna and avocado. You can enjoy a total of 10 dishes including seasonal appetizers at a reasonable price.

The highlight of the course is the famous "Seared Duck Seri Nabe"! The seared duck is dipped quickly into the hot soup and is truly blissfully delicious. The texture of the seseri (Japanese parsley) is also enjoyable, making this a dish that will surely satisfy your appetite. For the finish, you can choose from udon noodles, zosui (rice porridge), or ramen noodles upon request at the time of reservation.

This is a luxurious plan that includes the chef's omakase sushi, Hokkai zuwai crab, Hiroshima oysters, Japanese black beef, and other sumptuous ingredients. The standard all-you-can-drink plan normally includes about 60 kinds of drinks, but this course has been upgraded to a premium all-you-can-drink plan with more than 100 kinds to choose from.
