This is the "Tokusen Beef Mishuji Steak" using "beef mishuji," which is considered to be a rare part of beef.

Beef misuji, which is shaped like a leaf, is sometimes referred to in yakiniku restaurants as "Tokujo Karubi," or "Extra Quality Karubi. In short, it is one of the most delicious and rare parts of beef.

Such beef misuzu steak is served with mellow aroma of "grated onion and apple sauce". It is a taste that makes you want to eat up every last drop.
