We have a course featuring nabe (hot pot), which is recommended for the coming cold season. The nabe is a "Yose-nabe" (a pot dish of chicken and soft-bone Tsukune), which is served with udon noodles to finish the meal.
Aside from nabe, you can enjoy vegetables in appetizers, salads, and oryogi, and fresh fish in sashimi and deep-fried dishes. This is a recommended course for this winter season, where you can enjoy both meat and fish.
The all-you-can-drink course can be upgraded to premium all-you-can-drink for an additional 500 yen (tax included). Please consider this option.

The second course, in which nabe is the main dish, is the "Thick Miso Butter Nabe with Specially Selected Pork. The fat melted from the pork gives the soup sweetness and mildness, and the miso and butter give it a deeper, richer flavor. If you prefer a richer flavor, we recommend this nabe course!

This is a hot pot course using duck. The duck is seared to add a savory flavor and accentuate its rich flavor. Then, please enjoy it with seri, which has a crunchy texture and fresh flavor. For a winter feast, we recommend the warming nabe course.
