A drink combining the sweet potato shochu "Seikou Urayomi XX Joy White" and soda. As a food sake, Harukou-Umiyomi is easy to drink and can be paired with a variety of dishes. It is an easy-drinking drink with a sweet, pear-like taste and a muscat-like flavor. The aroma of this drink is very refreshing and attractive when mixed with soda.

You can taste the lychee-like aroma brought out by the careful aging method. Soda is added to it to create a stylish drink. It is recommended as an aperitif and, of course, as an in-between-dinner drink.
