当店の看板メニューのひとつでもある焼き鳥串は、使用する素材にもとてもこだわっています。料理人からその肉質の良さとおいしさで人気を得ている「大山どり」を使用。大山の麓の自然がたくさん残る場所で、丁寧に育てられているため、クセや臭みが少なく、普段はあまり鶏肉を食べないという方でもおいしくお召し上がりいただけますよ。

肉質が良いといっても、その部位に合わない炙り加減では、食感や風味がいかせません。当店では高い技術のある調理師が炙りを担当しており、それぞれの部位に適した絶妙な炙り加減で仕上げます。表面はパリッと、なかはふんわりジューシーに。キンキンに冷えた生ビールを用意して、ぜひ仕上がりをお待ちください。

大山どりの焼き鳥は、テイクアウトでもご用意しております。お店では「ねぎま」や「皮」など部位を指定してご注文いただけますが、テイクアウトでは「大山どり　軟骨入りつくね串　3本（たれ）」と「大山どり　串焼き盛り合わせ5本（たれ・塩）」の2種類のご用意になります。前日までにご予約をいただければ、受け渡し日時に合わせて焼き上げますので、来客予定のある日や家飲みをちょっぴり豪華にしたい日などにもぜひどうぞ。ご予約お待ちしております。
