Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the private room dining Rakuzo Utage Nagoya Taikodori Exit Branch.

Many ingredients are in season in autumn, and many of you may find your daily meals enjoyable. In this issue, we would like to introduce a selection of recommended dishes using autumn seasonal vegetables from our limited-time "Season's Recommendations" menu. In our restaurant, we are offering this fall's menu as "We have prepared "Seared Ohchou Eggplant from Kumamoto Prefecture". Ohchou eggplant has a slightly thicker skin than most eggplants, but the inside is very soft and juicy. It is simply seared so that you can fully taste the flavor of the eggplant. Please enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth texture, sweetness, flavor, and aroma of the eggplant.

Vegetables can be served as if they were dessert.Sweet Potato Fries with Molasses Mascarpone Whip". Sweet potatoes in autumn become sweeter and very delicious.
