お鍋がメインになったコースは、この冬いくつか登場していますが、なかでも今回ご紹介するのが【味わい（鍋）コース】です。こちらのコースは、メインのお鍋に「若鶏と軟骨つくねの寄せ鍋」を予定しています。鶏肉からでる濃厚な旨みを堪能できるお鍋で、ボリュームもあり、性別問わず人気がありますよ。鍋〆にはうどんを予定していますが、ご予約の際にお申し出いただければ、雑炊へ変更することもできます。
