Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Nagoya Fushimi.

Today is April! The new year has begun, and for all of you who are starting a new life, this is a bit nerve-wracking season. Relax and enjoy spring dishes at our restaurant.

Spring is the time of year when many delicious foods are in season. We have prepared a "Seasonal Menu" for everyone to enjoy the spring season to the fullest.

In this issue, we would like to introduce our "seasonal" menu that you can enjoy at our restaurant.

 

Echaletto" goes well with dashi soy sauce

Seared echaletto and seared fried bean curd in okaka soy sauce 450 yen (tax not included)

Echalet is in season in the spring, and is a popular ingredient for its crunchy texture.
Echalet contains , which is known for its high bactericidal effect and is used to prevent food poisoning.
We serve crispy seared fried bean curd, the best accompaniment to sake and shochu, and shredded, crunchy shallots with dashi soy sauce.

 

The chewy potatoes are a big hit!

Baron potatoes with meat miso 630 yen (excluding tax)

There are many types of potatoes! Among them, baron potatoes, which are in season in spring, are steamed once and deep-fried.

The "Meat Miso Baron Potatoes," which are served with a sumptuous dollop of meat miso seasoned with a special onion sauce, are popular with people of all ages. It can be served as a snack with alcoholic beverages or as a meal for children.

Other dishes include the ethnic fried crab, which is in season through spring, at 590 yen (tax not included), and the Yodarechicken with seasonal cabbage salad at 630 yen (tax not included).
