Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Nagoya Fushimi.

The warm season is gradually approaching. There are only a few more days left to enjoy dishes unique to the cold season! Our restaurant offers seasonal ingredients and seasonal dishes for each season.

Oita local cuisine: Ryukyu (cold yellowtail) / 990 yen (excluding tax)

This is a local Oita dish called "Ryukyu," which is served with seasonal cold yellowtail. Yellowtail sashimi marinated in sesame soy sauce is a dish that goes well with sake. The flavor of the yellowtail and the sesame seeds will fill your mouth with a delicious taste. Please enjoy this dish with your favorite sake.

What follows is a one-pot meal. Many of you must have more opportunities to eat nabe dishes in winter. In addition to the "Yose-konabe" in the photo, we also offer "Seared Duck Seri Nabe (from 2 servings) / 1,290 yen (excluding tax)". Zosui (rice porridge) and ramen noodles are also available, so please enjoy nabe dishes to the fullest.
