The above is a grilled skewer made from Tottori's local chicken, which is also served on our izakaya menu. We are proud of our seared dishes that go well with alcoholic beverages, and our skewers, in particular, are carefully prepared one by one, making them a perfect accompaniment to alcoholic beverages.
