Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Nagoya Fushimi.

We find ourselves in the second half of July, and I wonder how everyone is doing. Are you enjoying foods that are in season during the summer? At Rakuzo Nagoya Fushimi, we offer a "Seasonal Recommendation Menu" that features dishes made with seasonal ingredients and dishes that are perfectly suited to the season.

Hamo Katsu (hamo cutlet) with grated plum paste ponzu sauce and sansho salt / 979 yen (tax included)

For those of you who enjoy seasonal ingredients, we invite you to try our "Hamo Katsu - Hamo Cutlet with Ume Plum Ponzu and Grated Japanese Hamo Salt and Sansho Salt". We use hamo (Japanese conger eel), which is in season, to sashimi and then deep fry it. The crispy surface coating and fluffy inside texture are sure to delight your taste buds.

Use grated plum paste or sansho (Japanese pepper) salt to taste, which is served on the side.

 

The savory aroma stimulates the appetite.
