Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Nagoya Fushimi.

August has arrived, how is everyone doing? I am sure that many of you are enjoying summer leisure and events. If you would like to enjoy summer with food, please come to "Rakurakuzo Nagoya Fushimi". Our restaurant offers a "Seasonal Recommendation Menu" for each season.

Today, we would like to introduce you to our "Seasonal Recommendations" menu, which is available only in summer.

 

Enjoy the fatty Hiramasa mackerel.

Sesame sunfish / 759 yen (tax included)

The first item introduced is "Sesame Hiramasa" for those who want to enjoy seafood while sipping sake or shochu. Hiramasa is in season in summer and has a rich, fatty flavor. Enjoy it with the rich flavor of sesame shoyu. This is a recommended dish that will make your sake go down a notch.

Hamo Katsu (hamo cutlet) with grated plum paste ponzu sauce and sansho salt / 979 yen (tax included)

Next up is a deep-fried dish that goes well with beer, "Hamo Katsu (hamo cutlet) with grated plum paste ponzu sauce and sansho (Japanese pepper) salt. Hamo (Japanese conger eel) is also in season, just like Hiramasa. The surface is crispy and the meat is fluffy. Please enjoy it with grated ume plum paste or sansho salt for a refreshing taste.
