First of all, I would like to introduce you to a dish that some of you may have a craving for in the fall. It is "Salted roasted ginkgo nuts". Freshly roasted ginkgo nuts are highly aromatic and have a characteristic sticky texture. The moderate saltiness of the ginkgo nuts makes people want to eat more after one bite. It is recommended as an accompaniment to beer, sake, and a variety of other alcoholic beverages. We hope you enjoy it.

Next up is "Akitogi no Tatsuta-age Tatsuta-age Nameshitake Mushroom Grate" for those who think of "Akitogi" when they think of autumn. The season for akitogi is full of fat and full of flavor! We have crispily deep-fried such swordfish and deep-fried it in Tatsuta-age, and serve it with grated namekitake mushrooms and ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice) for a refreshing taste.
