Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Nagoya Fushimi Store.

 

Today, we are proud to present to you some of our signature dishes that we are proud to offer. These items are not only great with alcohol, but are also very satisfying as a meal.

 

Pulled egg with mellow broth

The special feature of the "dashi-scented dashi maki tamago (rolled egg)" (691 yen (tax included)), which is softly rolled and filled to overflowing with dashi broth, is the dashi broth. The soup stock is a combination of bonito flakes from Makurazaki, mixed flakes from Makurazaki, and kelp from Hokkaido. The moment you put it in your mouth, the deep and mellow dashi broth spreads out in a sizzle.

 

Excellent kushiyaki skewers not to be missed when enjoying sake and shochu

Our skewers, carefully seared by our chefs, are made from Daisen chicken, which is known for its juiciness and outstanding flavor. The more you chew, the more you can taste the original flavor of the chicken meat, creating an authentic delicacy.

We have prepared a wide variety of dishes such as momo, chicken skin, liver, hatsu and bonjiri. As a first order, we also recommend the assortment.

 

Sashimi is enjoyed with soy sauce made from high-quality water and salt

Our special soy sauce is made from the clear underground water flowing through the rich nature of the Hakkouda mountain range and mild natural salt from Shark Bay. The soy sauce is dipped in the seasonal seafood sashimi, allowing you to fully appreciate its deliciousness.
