We have prepared a winter menu including hot nabe dishes! | RAKUZO Nagoya Fushimi

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Nagoya Fushimi.

The cold season is still continuing, how is everyone doing? Please take care not to get sick from the cold. Now, I am sure that many of you are craving for hot food in this cold season.

Our restaurant offers a recommended menu for each season, and we are currently offering a nabe dish as a winter recommendation.

 

One-pot dish containing a lot of Japanese parsley used for rice gruel with seven herbs.

Seared duck in a seri pot (from 2 servings) / 1,290 yen (excluding tax)
Zosui (rice porridge) set / 200 yen (excluding tax)
Ramen or Udon noodles / 200 yen (excluding tax)

The first item introduced is "Seared Duck with Seri Nabe". This dish is served with plenty of vegetables such as seri with roots and pea shoots! Seri is often used in rice porridge with the seven herbs, but if you have not had rice porridge with the seven herbs during the New Year, please try this nabe and enjoy a lot of crunchy seri! To finish off the meal, we offer a zosui (rice porridge) set or ramen/udon noodles.

 

Enjoy the rich white soup that has soaked up the flavor of the ingredients.

Another item on our winter menu is this "Yose-konabe with thick Hakuchu soup". The rich Hakodyu soup is soaked with the flavor of various ingredients such as vegetables and meat, and has a rich taste. We hope you enjoy it. Zosui (rice porridge) and ramen noodles are also available to finish the meal.
