Our restaurant offers a recommended menu of dishes using ingredients from the mountains and the sea, as well as seasonal ingredients. Our restaurant offers a variety of dishes such as seared meat, fresh sashimi, Nagoya's famous chicken wings and Dote-nikomi. Today we would like to introduce some easy and enjoyable snacks that are perfect for shippori-shiru.

Gizzard en-gawa ponzu / 490 yen (tax excluded)
The crunchy texture and sour taste of ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice) make this dish addictive. Please enjoy it with a glass of sake.

Seared squid with sweet and spicy sauce / 690 yen (tax not included)
Surume squid is seasoned with sweet and spicy sauce and seared to perfection. The soft and fragrant aroma of this dish will keep you coming back for more. We hope you enjoy it.

Deep-fried hokuhoku yam / 650 yen (tax excluded)
Fried yam is made from yam, which has a different crunchy texture from potatoes. Crispy on the outside and crunchy on the inside, it is a very satisfying dish.
