The first course we would like to recommend is the "Taste of the Season (Nabe) Course," which allows you to enjoy nabe dishes. This course begins with seasonal appetizers, followed by salad and sashimi, and then the main dish of "thick miso butter nabe with specially selected pork" will be served.
The rich miso butter soup, infused with the flavor of various ingredients including specially selected pork, will leave you wanting more. Enjoy this course, perfect for winter banquets.
