Introduced first is the set menu "Assorted Chicken Dishes," which is perfect for home-drinking. This set includes [dashimaki tamago (rolled egg), liver skewer, negima skewer, wakadori (young chicken) tatsuta-age (fried young chicken), tsukune skewer with cartilage, and fried gizzard silver skin]. The set includes mainly chicken dishes as well as dashimaki tamago (rolled egg), a standard izakaya dish.
