Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Nagoya Fushimi.

First of all, I would like to introduce you to dashimaki tamago (rolled egg). Many people naturally reach for their chopsticks when they see it in front of them at the sake bar. The fluffy texture and the aroma of the dashi broth make this a highly recommended menu item. We have a selection of the above dashimaki tamago at our restaurant. We hope you will enjoy them.
