Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Nagoya Nishiki-dori Store.

 

In winter, when the weather gets colder, animals and fish are full of fat and have a different umami taste from summer ingredients. At Rakuzo Nagoya Nishiki-dori, we offer a winter-only menu that can only be enjoyed during this time of the year, using seasonal ingredients and wintery twists. Fluffy egg white is like a light snowy egg omelet

 

 

The delicious dashimaki tamago has been rearranged as a winter-only menu item in the form of the "Dashimaki Tamago with Light Snow". The fluffy dashimaki tamago topped with egg white starchy sauce looks as if it is covered with light snow. Of course, you can enjoy both the fluffy texture and the umami of the dashi broth, making this a recommended menu item for the winter season.

 

Delicious albacore and red meat also available

 

 

The cold winter season is also the season when fish become fatty and roe tastes delicious. At our restaurant, we use cod milt, which is in season during the winter, to make delicious tempura.
