Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Nagoya Nishiki-dori Store.

Our restaurant is a Japanese-style izakaya, only a 1-minute walk from Sakae Station.

Since it is close to the station, you can use it after work or while running errands.

The restaurant's appeal lies in its "seared" dishes, which bring out the best of the ingredients. We also offer a limited menu that is unique to the region.

We have prepared several local dishes from Nagoya as part of our limited menu.

We have a wide variety of menu items that everyone has heard of at least once, so please come and try them!

[Fried chicken wings]

When it comes to Nagoya, this is the first thing you should try! The crispy texture and savory flavor of these wings is so exquisite that you can easily eat as many as you want. The spicy seasoning makes beer even more delicious!

Miso kushikatsu

This is another classic Nagoya specialty. Deep-fried kushikatsu skewers are served with our signature miso sauce. It also goes great with beer!

It is also a perfect dish for shime! Hitsumabushi

The "Hitsu-mabushi" is a must-try at the end of your meal.

Hitsumabushi, which is chopped eel covered with rice, can be enjoyed in a variety of ways.

Please follow the steps below for how to eat Hitsumabushi!

Step 1: First, divide the Hitsujimabushi into 4 equal portions.
Step 2: For the first cup, do not add anything and enjoy it as it is.
Step 3) For the second cup, pour condiments and taste the change in flavor.
Step 4: For the third cup, pour broth and enjoy ochazuke.
Step 5: For the fourth and final cup, enjoy it in the way you like to eat the most.
