Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Nagoya Nishiki-dori Store.

At our restaurant, you can enjoy chicken dishes that have been carefully "seared" to bring out the best flavor, and other delicacies made with carefully selected ingredients.

Seared is a simple yet effective cooking method that brings out the best of the ingredients. In this issue, we would like to introduce our signature seared dishes and the sake that goes perfectly with them!

Rakura's Three Kinds of Meat

Our signature dish is "Rakuzo's 3 Kinds of Meat Platter". Although it is an a la carte dish, the volume is perfect. You can enjoy three different flavors of "medium-rare ribs," "specially selected pork," and "young chicken!
