Spring menu featuring a variety of seasonal delicacies

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Nagoya Nishiki-dori Store.

 

Our banquet menu and other dishes we offer incorporate the best of the season to provide our customers with the most delicious food of the moment.

This time, we would like to introduce you to our spring menu, all of which are only available for a limited time.

 

Refreshing and delicious Hatsugatsuo Salt Tataki

Many of you have probably had bonito tataki before, as it is a staple menu item at izakaya (Japanese style pubs). The aroma and fatty flavor of quickly seared bonito is irresistible, isn't it? The photo shows the first bonito of the season, which is tataki. The richness is exceptional. We recommend serving it with a refreshing blend of Setouchi floral salt and salted kelp.

Sashimi of sakura shrimps with a spring-like pink color. Sashimi is a rare opportunity to eat sakura shrimps, but they have a very rich flavor. Please take the time to taste it.

As for seasonal food, we also recommend this Myoga Bamboo and Bamboo Shoot Tempura. Myoga bamboo is not a type of bamboo shoot, but a young stem of myoga. Like bamboo shoots, it has a unique texture that makes it an addictive dish. It is served with bamboo shoot tempura that contains dashi broth. It is recommended to be served with salt, which allows the flavor of the ingredients to be fully appreciated.
